We know that taking on a renovation project can feel daunting. If you’d prefer to have hands-on assistance from SwitchDoor with layouts and the design of your space, and selecting a style you’ll love, our Platinum Service can help you get the project done right.

SwitchDoor’s professionals will work with you one-on-one to confirm the measurements of your kitchen, select the appropriate IKEA standard cabinets, and choose the right style and sizes of custom SwitchDoor doors, drawer fronts, and panels for a kitchen you’ll love.

Here’s what’s included in the Platinum Service:

• we’ll spend up to four (4) hours designing your kitchen using IKEA’s Kitchen Planner tool
• we’ll email you a username and password to the IKEA site to view your design
• we’ll send you an itemized list of the components you need to purchase from IKEA
• we’ll work with you to select a SwitchDoor style that meets your price point
• we’ll email you a formal quote for all SwitchDoor components itemized for your project
• we’ll carefully pack and ship your SwitchDoor components to arrive when you’re ready to have your IKEA order picked up or delivered¹
• when SwitchDoor’s doors, drawer fronts, and panels arrive, you’ll be able to use IKEA’s hardware to install them on IKEA’s cabinets

Please note that you are responsible for all assembly and installation of IKEA and SwitchDoor components, as well as countertops, appliances, lighting and internal accessories.

To get started, you’ll need a drawing of your room with ACCURATE wall dimensions and the location and sizes of all doors and windows. (If you need help with measuring, IKEA offers an in-home measuring consultation for a small fee – learn more about IKEA’s measurement service).
